1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using ChatMate ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

ChatMate provides automation tools for managing accounts across social platforms including Tinder, Telegram, and Reddit. The Service includes AI-powered messaging, scheduling, analytics, and account management features accessible through a web-based dashboard.

3. User Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for:

• How you use the tools and features provided by ChatMate
• Compliance with all applicable laws and platform terms of service
• All activity that occurs under your account
• The content generated, sent, or managed through the Service
• Maintaining the security of your account credentials and API keys

ChatMate provides tools. How you use them is your responsibility. We do not control, endorse, or assume liability for user actions taken through our platform.

4. Accounts & Access

• You must provide accurate information when creating an account
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
• You must not share your account with others or allow unauthorized access
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms

5. Payments, Billing & No Refunds

• All payments are processed in cryptocurrency through our Telegram payment bot
• Plans are billed monthly per platform and activate instantly upon confirmed payment
• All sales are final. No refunds will be issued under any circumstances. This includes unused time, account bans by third-party platforms, dissatisfaction with results, or failure to configure the tools correctly
• Additional account slots and activations purchased do not expire but require an active plan to use
• We are not responsible for chargebacks or payment disputes. Attempting to reverse a payment may result in immediate account termination

6. Third-Party Platforms & Account Risk

ChatMate automates actions on third-party platforms (Tinder, Telegram, Reddit). By using the Service, you acknowledge and accept that:

• Automation may violate the terms of service of third-party platforms
• Your accounts on those platforms may be restricted, suspended, or permanently banned
• ChatMate bears zero responsibility for any account bans, shadowbans, restrictions, or data loss on third-party platforms
• Account quality, proxy configuration, usage patterns, and platform updates all affect ban risk. These are outside our control
• We provide stealth features (delays, typing simulation, sleep schedules) but do not guarantee they will prevent detection

7. API Keys & Third-Party Services

ChatMate requires users to provide their own API keys for AI services (DeepSeek, OpenAI) and other integrations. We do not access your conversations through these keys. You are responsible for any costs incurred through your own API usage and for complying with the terms of those providers.

8. No Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee:

• Uninterrupted or error-free access to the Service
• Any specific results, match rates, conversion rates, or revenue outcomes
• Compatibility with future changes to third-party platform APIs
• That the Service will meet your specific requirements

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ChatMate and its operators shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. This includes but is not limited to:

• Account bans or restrictions on any third-party platform
• Lost revenue, profits, or business opportunities
• Data loss or unauthorized access to your accounts
• Any actions taken by third-party platforms or AI providers
• Service downtime or interruptions

You use the Service entirely at your own risk. ChatMate is a tool provider. We deploy and maintain the software. What you do with it is solely your responsibility.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ChatMate and its operators from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these terms, or your violation of any third-party rights or platform terms.

11. Prohibited Use

• Attempting to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the Service
• Reselling, sublicensing, or redistributing access to the Service without authorization
• Attempting to exploit vulnerabilities, bypass security measures, or abuse the platform
• Using the Service to target minors or engage in illegal activity
• Sharing account credentials or allowing unauthorized third-party access

12. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms, the Service, pricing, or features at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.

13. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access at our sole discretion, with or without cause, and without notice. You may cancel your subscription at any time by not renewing your plan. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. No refunds will be issued upon termination.
