1. What We Collect

We collect minimal information necessary to operate the Service:

• Account info — email, username, and password (hashed) when you register
• Payment info — cryptocurrency transaction IDs for payment verification. We do not collect bank or card details
• Usage data — basic analytics like login times and feature usage to maintain the Service
• Telegram verification — your Telegram user ID for account verification and support

2. What We Don't Collect

• We do not read, store, or access your AI conversations. Those go directly between your API keys and the AI provider
• We do not store your third-party platform credentials beyond what's needed to operate the automation (tokens are encrypted)
• We do not sell, share, or trade your personal data with third parties
• We do not use tracking pixels, advertising cookies, or third-party analytics services

3. API Keys

You provide your own API keys for AI services (DeepSeek, OpenAI) and other integrations. These keys are stored encrypted on our servers and used solely to execute the automation you configure. We never use your keys for any purpose other than running your account tasks.

4. Tokens & Platform Credentials

Authentication tokens for Tinder, Reddit, and Telegram are stored encrypted and used only to operate the features you enable. We do not manually access your accounts or act on your behalf outside of what you configure in the dashboard. You can remove your tokens at any time.

5. User-Generated Content

ChatMate is a tool provider. Any messages, content, or actions generated through the Service are created and controlled by you. We do not monitor, moderate, or take responsibility for the content you produce or send through the platform. You are solely responsible for your use of the tools.

6. Data Storage & Security

• All data is stored on secured servers
• Passwords are hashed and never stored in plain text
• API keys and tokens are encrypted at rest
• We use HTTPS for all connections
• We do not guarantee absolute security. No system is 100% secure

7. Data Retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. If you cancel your subscription and request account deletion, we will remove your data within a reasonable timeframe. We may retain anonymized usage data for internal purposes.

8. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties. The only external services that receive your data are the AI providers (OpenAI, DeepSeek) when you use AI features. This is done directly through your own API keys, not ours.

9. Your Rights

• You can remove tokens and API keys from the dashboard at any time
• You can close your account by contacting support
• You can request data deletion through our support channels

10. Cookies

We use essential session cookies only. Required for login and dashboard functionality. No advertising, tracking, or third-party cookies are used.

11. Children

The Service is not intended for use by anyone under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.

12. Changes

We may update this policy at any time without prior notice. Changes will be posted on this page. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
